Concept conceived in September 2025
Coperny is a project created with the goal of creating a high-performance, electric and sustainable quad with advanced technology, to care for the environment while we enjoy it, with zero emissions and recycled materials, with a clean, sporty design and quiet performance.
So that together we can reduce the carbon footprint without giving up sportiness, the excitement of a new adventure.
In 2025, the ATV market still asked people to choose between power and peace. If you wanted a machine that felt premium, comfortable, and modern, you accepted noise, fumes, and a riding experience that can be tiring for you and intrusive for everyone around you.
That gap matters because the use case is real. People want to explore nature without punishing it, they want to ride near homes, resorts, estates, and parks without sounding like an engine test, and they want a vehicle that feels calm and controlled instead of loud and aggressive by default.
The problem is not that combustion ATVs do not work, it is that they were never designed for today’s expectations. The category moved slowly on comfort, connectivity, safety feel, and the way people discover, configure, and trust a product before they ever touch it.Coperny exists because I decided not to compromise on that experience. If we were going to build an electric ATV, we were going to build it properly, with a sporty stance, real comfort, and a quieter, cleaner ride that feels like a step forward, not a tradeoff.
Q-Neo is our answer to that market need, a fully electric ATV designed around calm control, modern usability, and responsible materials. Technology is not there to look impressive, it is there to remove friction and make the rider feel safe, confident, and proud of what they are driving.
We built Coperny because moving better and caring better can be the same decision. When the product respects people and the places it visits, the market does not need convincing, it simply feels like the obvious next standard.
Coperny exists because the ATV world has been left behind while the rest of mobility moved forward. Cars and motorcycles have evolved fast, but electric quads still feel like compromises, built as utilitarian boxes with little attention to experience, design, or long term sustainability.
We did it because nature deserves better access. Q-Neo is conceived to reduce impact at the source with zero tailpipe emissions, lower noise, and a materials philosophy centered on recycled content and responsible choices, so the places you ride are respected, not punished.
We also did it because design is not decoration, it is function you can feel every day. The goal is a quad that feels modern, calm, and confident, with comfort and usability that match current standards, so the rider is supported instead of fighting the machine.
A quad has a unique role that is still undervalued. It gives you the stability a motorcycle cannot, the storage and practicality a motorcycle does not offer, and the freedom a car cannot match when the route becomes narrow, natural, or technical.
Finally, we unlock a better product for people and for businesses that operate in natural environments. Tourism operators, resorts, and hotels need a premium vehicle that can deliver an elevated guest experience while aligning with a more sustainable way to explore, and we believe Q-NEO can set a new reference for what an electric ATV should be.
All it took was one idea to propose and show change.
To build the first unit.
We are currently in a pre seed phase, reaching out directly and through trusted introductions to the right investors to turn Q-Neo from a validated concept into a first physical unit. Our team is led by Miguel Muñoz, founder and CEO, responsible for bringing the product from idea to reality through design direction, documentation, and product definition.
Alongside him, Leonel Daniel leads operations, Rohan Rajanah leads engineering, Vladislav Guba leads software, and we work with our China based agent and broker Peng Yin, supporting logistics, customs, import planning, certifications, and local execution.
We have been working on this project since November 2025, and this website is part of our traction plan, product exposure, and demand collection. It is also the public entry point to a more detailed investor process that stays private until we speak directly. On the execution side, we are not starting from zero. We already have the 3D model, plans, a clear product specification, and a pre commercial agreement framework with a trusted manufacturer in China, guided through Peng Yin with detailed directives and annexes to ensure deliverability and quality targets.
We also work with AI support across design, documentation, and software, as a practical accelerator that helps the team move faster while keeping consistency. It does not replace engineering or manufacturing discipline, it reinforces it. Our objective is to build the first unit with a clear budget discipline, targeted below $ 500,000 (USD), and to have it ready within a nine month execution window at MVP quality. That first unit will be used for exposure in selected locations planned for 2027, as the foundation for the next stage of demand and expansion.
